Eligibility for Returns

You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Products that are opened or used are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
  • Products must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.

  4. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (e.g., digital content)

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.


5. Shipping and Handling for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
