1. General Shipping Information

We offer domestic and international shipping through reliable courier services to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping times vary depending on location, shipping method, and carrier efficiency.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday; we do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order is shipped.

If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several shipping options for customers in the United States, including standard and expedited services.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (only available in select locations)

Domestic Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Expedited and overnight shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order weight.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout before order confirmation.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide. However, international orders are subject to longer transit times and potential customs delays.

Estimated Delivery Times for International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Expedited International Shipping: 7-14 business days

International Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, order weight, and shipping method.
  • Free shipping is available for international orders over $100.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

4. Order Processing & Handling Time

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) on business days will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take 1-3 business days before the order is shipped.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated restocking date or an alternative solution.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package through the shipping carrier’s website.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

For international shipments, tracking may be limited in certain countries due to local postal service restrictions.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Packali is committed to ensuring timely and secure deliveries. However, once an order is shipped, the delivery process is under the control of the courier service.

What to Do if Your Order is Delayed

If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please:

  • Check the tracking information to see if there are any carrier delays.
  • Verify the shipping address you provided at checkout.
  • Wait an additional 2-3 business days, as unexpected delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier backlogs.

What to Do if Your Order is Lost or Stolen

  • If the tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with your neighbors or building management.
  • If you still cannot locate the package, contact the courier service directly and file a claim.
  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately before the order is shipped.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Due to legal and regulatory restrictions, we cannot ship to certain locations. This includes:

  • Countries where cosmetic products or sunscreen ingredients are restricted.
  • P.O. Boxes (for some courier services).
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may experience longer delivery times.

9. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and national holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume.

  • We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance to avoid shipping delays.
  • Expedited shipping options may have limited availability during peak seasons.

10. Returns & Refunds for Shipping Issues

We understand that sometimes issues occur with shipments. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds for shipping issues are processed only if the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
  • Customers must provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to verify claims.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was due to Packali.
